Who we are
We are a group of bay area teen girls who hope to empower young girls to find their inner FLAME. We hope to do this by helping them find a career that best fits their interests, and guiding them towards what they want to do.

How does it work?
Workshops/Events: We host workshops and events that empower young girls to achieve their greatest career dreams and goals as well as guide them throughout their high school and middle school journey.

Based on your current career interests and after our workshop, we organize you into a cluster. Every cluster has a team member who is specialized in the corresponding topic that leads it. The clusters consist of:
Computer Science/Tech
Girls will learn about the different careers in the technology world, the basics of coding, and how to angle their future school careers towards the field.

Mentors: Natasha Rao, Savvy Gupta, Anchal Lamba
Humanities
Girls will learn the different careers within the humanities, learn about human society/culture, law/politics, and the media

Mentors: Aashna Nilawar, Tavisha Anand, Ayushi Malhotra
Science/Medicine
Girls will learn about the different careers in the science and medicine world, how to angle their future school career towards this field,

Business
Girls will learn about the different careers in the business world, how to market products, public speaking skills, and ​entrepreneurship.

Arts
Girls will learn about the different careers in the art world from performing arts to fashion design. They will learn different skills needed in the field such as how to build a portfolio.
